Gregeration X Newsletter August 3, 2024-Milestones and Beginning the End

Not much to share this week…work is even busier than expected. It will be this way for at least the next two weeks, possibly longer. I’m using my hyper focus on work during the day and shifting to hyper focus on writing in the evening.

Good news is, I’m having dinner with some friends and their families tonight, so that should be some much needed fun!

Mechhaven Missives

I passed the 80,000 word mark for Book 5 on Thursday! I just need to wrap up one more scene and then it’s on to plotting, choreographing, and writing the final battle!

I will be sending an email on 08/12/2024, highlighting a limited promotion I’ll be running that week, so watch for that.

Plundering innocent worlds; that is Doc Roberts’ job and he is good at it. He is awarded a Letter of Marque and a territory to hunt in exchange for his service to the Alliance and of course, a cut of his take. The Alliance government can’t openly operate in Coalition territory without starting another war, so they use privateers like Captain Roberts to destabilize governments and cause unease among the people, in hopes that they will ask for Alliance protection. Cheating and treachery cause Captain Roberts to reevaluate his loyalty. He can live with a little pilfering, but not outright stealing from him and trespassing on his planet. The Alliance has gone too far. It is time to teach them that there is a price to pay for stealing from him.
